Shipping Method and Costs

United Kingdom

Orders for delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom will be shipped by Royal Mail second class post or other carrier as appropriate.

Worldwide

Orders for delivery to all addresses other than those within the United Kingdom will be shipped surface mail. Shipping will be charged at Royal Mail standard surface mail charges details of which can be found on the Royal Mail website.

Shipping Cost Estimate

To obtain an estimate of the cost of shipping items in your shopping cart follow the Shopping Cart link at the top of the website and click on the 'estimate shipping' button. When the 'Shipping Estimate' window opens ensure the desired delivery country is selected in the drop-down list and click the update button. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on package weight shipping method and destination.

The actual shipping costs to be charged will be shown clearly on the payment pages prior to completion of the card transaction.

Normal Delivery Times

We will process your order as soon as we are in receipt of your order and of confirmation that your card transaction has been authorised. Please allow the following times for delivery:

Western Europe2 weeks
Eastern Europe4 weeks
Worldwide8 weeks

We will notify you by email, at the address supplied with your order, if goods are temporarily out of stock or there is any other problem regarding meeting these timescales.

Tracking Your Order

You can review and track the status of your orders on-line. To do so you must log-in and follow the My Account link situated at the top of each page. A summary of your most recent orders is displayed at the top of the 'My Account Information' page. Click on the order you wish to review in detail. .

The status of your order will be shown as one of three options.

Pending - means that your order has successfully been entered into our database.
Processing - means that your order has been reviewed by a member of our staff and has been passed to our despatch department.
Despatched - means your ordered items have left our premises and are in transit to you.
Back Order - means that at least one of your ordered items is currently out of stock. We will inform you by email of our estimate of when the out of stock item(s) will become available for despatch.
Partial Despatch - means that at least one of your ordered items is currently out of stock but we have despatched the remaining items to you. We will inform you by email of our estimate of when the out of stock item(s) will become available for despatch.

You will receive an email informing you each time your order status changes.

If you require to amend or cancel an order this can normally be done if you contact us prior to the items being despatched. To amend or cancel any part of your order after they have been despatched please refer to our returns policy.
